AMDA College offers a transformative experience for young performers through its Gap Programs, allowing participants to spend 3 or 8 weeks in New York City immersed in the Performing Arts. These programs provide an opportunity to build performance skills, live and train at the epicenter of entertainment, and explore all that NYC has to offer without any degree commitment. Application Process and Scholarships
To apply for AMDA’s Gap Programs, prospective students must submit a placement video showcasing their talents. This video should include a 60-90 second song selection from Musical Theatre or Pop/Contemporary repertoire, as well as a 60-90 second monologue. It’s important to use high-quality recording equipment and ensure stability by placing the device on a stationary object like a table.
